If you appoint an accountant, and deliver your side of the bargain, you shouldn’t suffer penalties or interest.

Our Engagement Process
We have tailored our engagement process over years of successfully on-boarding clients so we can get straight into the business of delivering for them.
Our six step process is designed to do that.
1. Discovery call
We are not always a fit for everyone, and our discovery call helps us understand your needs and help us work out if we’re a good fit for one another.
We will look to understand your goals, both in business and personally, and discuss how we think we might be able to help.
Finally, we’ll source all the necessary information to provide a tailored quote for you.
2. Your tailored proposal and fixed fee quote
You will be presented with your very own proposal, highlighting what we can do and how we can do it. You will be presented with clear, transparent pricing with no surprises.
Accompanying this will be an engagement letter, setting out our vital terms and conditions, but we will always discuss anything you need in plain English to give you peace of mind.
3. On-boarding and handover
If you’re ready to move on ahead, we’ll guide you swiftly through our on-boarding process so we can begin to add value straight away. That will include;
- Getting access to your systems, or setting them up for you and providing any training you need
- Completing all necessary on-boarding checks as required by law, for money-laundering and client due dilligence purposes through a software, making it a pain free process
- Setting up our payments through monthly collections, using our payments partner Adfin to set up a direct debit mandate
- Liaising with your existing accountant to get a handover of all vital documents so we can carry on seamlessly
- Liaising with HMRC to let them know we’ll be your agent
4. Kick-off
You will be introduced to your dedicated team, built to support your business needs. We will guide you through the processes and procedures, and what you need to provide us with to enable us to get to work. We will learn about your processes and tech ecosystems so we can slot in as part of the team.
5. On-going advice, and quarterly calls
We will always be on hand to help.
