Assessing the need
We will look at your business in great depth, to understand what exactly it needs. For example, you may only need a bookkeeper for two days a week, or a financial controller for 4 days a month. By doing this, and making the most of our experienced team, we can then provide a cost effective offering which gives you exactly what you need, but can scale with your growth too, all without the complications of costly and time-sapping hiring processes.
Setting up your team
You will most likely be introduced to your team of three, consisting of:
- A bookkeeper who can manage the day-to-day activity of your business and work within your process
- An experienced accountant, acting as gatekeeper of quality and ensuring everything is to the technical standard needed
- Oversight from our Managing Director, to ensure service is as expected, to the quality you need
